Where's the best place to look for a car rental, long term...1 month+.
Looking in the Puerto Plata/Sosua/Cabarete region.

I have rented from OK MOtors before, they have decent rates, just wondering what else is out there.

In Sosua, try L and I Rentals. they're on the right hand side just before the Waterfront restaurant. A local business that will take good care of you.

I use Alamo and book online for best rates. Good service and name brand.

I can recommend a place in Puerto Plata that I have used very many times, decent rates, good, personalized service (at least once you come to know the owner). Part of their fleet is less modern, but I have done long trips with a few of their vehicles, never any issues.

If interested, PM me for their phone. Not sure if they speak English, never tried that with them...
