Enjoy meeting new people/cultures
I think I am a fairly tuned in person but....Can someone tell me from business view what a current housekeeper and gardener would make in Cabarete at a hotel? Do AI's pay more than small places or vice versa?

I know there are some business folks. Had to make some changes with unrealistic staff. Just curious.

I seem to remember reading here on DR1 that the minimum wage for low level hotel workers in the DR was a bout 8 or 9,000 pesos a month.Start LOW, then you can give them a raise for good performance later.
That's what I do.
Seems to work.
