According to the Sosua news Bob of the Rumba Bar was deported on July 3rd.
The charges against him were
promoting sex tourism in the Dominican Republic

I can't comment on the specifics of this case. However, I don't think it would come as a shock for many to learn that if one gets into trouble in the DR (for whatever reason) and your immigration status is in question that a plane ride is probably in your future.
