Where will be the easiest placee to find out if someone was a registered British Subject. As you will figure the Embassy in SD is useless.

Are you talking about someone who is not a UK citizen? I would think you would have to see their passport.

Are all citizens of the UK considered to be "subjects of the monarch" or is that obsolete, like the guinnea gold coin?
