We got a new car a month ago and need to get a revista but the dude who we usually get one from in cabarete raised the price to 1000 pesos and didn't have any at the moment and said POP is out of them.

Has anyone got one recently in POP? I don't want to drive an hour for no reason.

It's the tyre place right before the lights where you turn right to go into Sosua.

I would be interested to know if you are successful and what the cost is via this route. I bought and paid for my revista (all of RD$45 if I remember correctly) ages ago now. When in Puerto Plata last I went to get my sticker but arrived at 1.20 pm and was told they are only issued up until 1 pm!!
