What else, Cedula expired while out of the country. Fine or no issue?

My Cedula has expired the day after I left last week. Will not be back for a few weeks, and so is this going to be complicated to renew expired docs/cards?

All cedulas must be change, and the ones that already expired are good until the date that JCE says that finish the period for every body get the New One Biometric.

So when you comeback you can go and get your new one.
