I am 'off island' now so have trouble researching this

Dog kennels in NoAmerica are 10 x 10 feet square (6' high) and sell for about $200
you buy them pre made for easy assembly

what would such a kennel cost from RD components.... 6' Frost fence + posts + gate
40 linear feet of fence + gate and posts

Like hand grenades, close counts here... no need to be exact

Close counts in hand grenades and horseshoes.....
an asset, but not essential , in dancing....

Just sent you a pm with a good guy's email address, he should be able to give you a fairly accurate idea!

Almost cruel

IMO, to keep a (larger) dog in such a small place (3m x 3m) for more than a few hours is inappropriate (to say the least).
Our GSDs nor our Chihuahuas are subjected to that.

Here in DR you tend to get things like that built, things that are sold in the shops are often cheap imports and don't last long. If you're using metal, remember that this climate is very unfriendly to metal and it will rust very easily. Wood may be a better option for the supports. I pay carpenters about RD$1200 a day (US$30), I guess you'd pay the same for metal workers.

I know the feeling. Intercom rings. I answer. Run around locking the dogs up in their respected houses.
And even then dominicans ( no racism manny dont worry, only because I only interact with dominicans ), are wary of coming in.
I have to point out that it is concret walls and metal bar doors, they wont coming bursting out.....:tired:
