EPS is not perfect. They have a constant problem with packages delivered to them with USPS, they show up in their system and get processed 2-3 days after the actual delivery. When I asked them about that, they tried to lie to me that USPS mark a package as delivered in their tracking system, but deliver it later. That was just a typical Dominican bullsh@t, one day when I was in Miami I went personally to the USPS office that delivered my USPS package to EPS and got a proof that it was delivered 2 days ago, after EPS employee in Miami lied to me that it was not delivered yet. I had a problem with a couple packages that were delivered but lost in their warehouse, and they were found 2 weeks later after EPS agreed to pay a compensation to me. But there are no problems with FedEx or UPS packages, they register the delivery of them the same day always.
Also EPS is the worst service for a regular mail (USPS envelopes with no tracking number) forwarding, since they combine all the mail in Miami and then ship it to DR maybe once in 2 weeks. So it takes faster to get a mail directly from US to Dominican mail address than via EPS. This happened to me more than 10 times and I finally stopped using them as a regular mail forwarder, and use them only for packages.
