You go to by public car taxi from Puerto Plata to El Mamey or la Isabella( about 120 pesos) then another to Punta Russia . You can also catch a taxi publico at imbert EL Mamey or la Isabella and another to Punta Rucia .You might need a motoconcho to the beach.

but one of the nicest beaches...prices are normal....there are some rooms available etc... water toilets ahh
