Certainly opinions may vary as to what "best" means, but from my experience Playa Rincon is, by far, the "best" beach we've visited in the DR...

Not only is it one of the best anywhere, but the "Fat Lady" in the tent near the river slow cooks the best fresh fish in the DR by far. Bring your own Pinot Grigio and enjoy.
