I have a high-end entertainment center power conditioner that has failed-power goes in, but not out, and the reset button doesn't work. I opened it up and see two loose burned-out resistors on the board. I suspect it can be repaired, or at least would like to give it a try.

Does anyone have a referral to a shop that can do this? It's components soldered onto a board. AZB?

Heck I'd take it to a StoDgo shop if there is no one in Santiago...

There's a place on 30 de Marzo...I don't remember the name but it's pretty big, I'm sure anyone in the area will know it...and if not, I think HB knows the name. They were recommended to me by a few people as the best electronics repair place in Santiago.
