Last year stayed at Hispaniola sol and liked it. Looking for something under 1300 a month that is comparable for Jan , Feb and maybe march. 2 bedrooms.

I have a tree house in the back that i keep the monkey in. I can clean it up for you and you can stay there for free.

The only thing lacking is a toilet and leaves on the tree. the monkey has stripped the tree bare of any leaves.

Before I got my long term rental I used a German realtor in town who has a large inventory of all kinds of condos in and around Sosua. His name is Thomas Zins and his number is 1 809 399 2805 - really nice guy, really nice condos and good prices.
