shopping mall kiosko in Santiago for under $500?

We have an office in Santiago that we pay $400/ month, but it's in an office building with very little people traffic. So we're thinking of moving to a kiosko where there's more traffic. The items we sell (electronics, some jewelry) go from USD$50-$300.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

If that's a real price I'm sure the kiosks are a lot cheaper. Go to Bella Terra and grab the numbers from a vacant kiosk.

I do know in agora , santo Domingo they are between 1000 - 1500 dollars per month, so 500 for a mall in Santiago doesn't sound to far off.

This is the quietest mall in all Santiago.....it's deserted......no one in their right mind would open in there

I would not recommend Bella Terra since it is like a ghost town in there.

The ad was RD$15,000 for 50mts2

As other users have said though, Bella Terra isn't too "happening."

I considered Bella Terra, but the only thing that attracts people is Migas.

Does anyone know the prices in Plaza Internacional? It doesn't have to be a booth; it could be a small/shared store, as long as there's traffic.
