I need gringo insurance. I should be able to walk down P. Clisante in my plaid shorts, white socks & sandals, sporting my day-glo orange Lacoste polo shirt without being immediately pegged as a stupid rich tourist. I live here damn it! No I don't want to change any money, I do want a faux Panama hat made of palm leaves though...
