Do you know Jeffrey in Sosua at el marinero?

The wife and I are planning a trip to to Sosua and I was hoping to connect with the concierge that I met a year or so ago. I have lost his number since, but he worked out of the el marinero bar/restaurant right on the beach in Sosua. I am hoping that someone here knows him and has his number.

Also, anyone know of any small fishing/diving operations? I would like to get some spearfishing and diving in.
