Claro in Perla Marina

Does anyone who lives in a house in Perla Marina, Sosua have Claro internet? I want to know about the stability of band width!

Black Dog - most people have De Lancer Cable . Why thinking of moving ?

I'm not technical on this but my understanding is that with DeLancer (cable) you are on a loop with your nieghbors so when a number of you are using the net your bandwidth drops. My experience where I live does support this theory. I am told that with Claro you just have your own dedicated line and what the people around you are doing doesn't effect you.
