Promotional items in DR?

Has anyone had to buy promotional items in DR? If so, from where? Who has the "best" quality and the most variety? I was thinking of Logomarca in Santiago, but I'm sure there are other options (possibly in Santo Domingo).

Would it make sense to buy from the states and ship them here?

Depends on what you're looking to have made up. If it's cheap, light and high volume, you'll get better pricing in the US (even adding on the shipping) and much more variety. Logomarca is a solid company that has some variety. Have worked with them before for small orders and it worked well.

Logomarca is one of the oldest company, their prices might not be the cheapest, but sure their quality is top, as mentioned above, it all depends on what your are looking for, some stuff might be even cheaper to get in the states.
If you be a little more specific I might help you with some locations.
