Piden a Julio Almonte interceda ante indotel para regular imagenes fuertes de Puerto Plata en internet - Noticias POP

interesting article there. apparently this guy there does not like that googling "puerto plata" brings out images of the accidents and murders in the area because it damages the tourism. you know what damages the tourism? crime does. maybe work on eliminating that.

There would be so many criminals if the gringos weren't coming and buying women and drugs.

let's see; gringos come and spend foreign currency. that puts more money in the economy. more people have disposable income. more disposable income causes crime to rise.

nice theory. innovative, but interesting, nonetheless.

Our dear friend is deluded. All the DR can potentially do is attempt to prevent the images from appearing to those already in the DR. Since tourists don't come here to research their trip here, any attempt to block unflattering images presented to outsiders is impossible and doomed to fail.

Drugs and prostitution are linked to crime.

All other gringos are welcome of course. The fiscal thinks like I do, good thing.

so a guy who comes and spends a weekend and blows a grand on a few chicas is contributing to the crime levels?

and when you say "are welcome", by whom are they welcome? by people like you, who are opposed to prostitution? are they not welcome by the chicas?

The fiscal does not really agree with you, he is not going to stop prostitution, he just wants to remove the image of prostitution by arresting and in the case of foreigners, deporting the ones that promote it. Remember that prostitution is legal and the fiscal cannot change that.

Thank you for pointing out the results of the failed drug war. By the way, you should be talking to the government of the DR. Good luck trying to get them to make prostitution illegal and to stop helping with the very lucrative flow of drugs.

Once again that cross you bear has you tired and unable to see what is really happening.

Clueless. You are more Dominican than I thought.

Form a sentence with the words "denial" and "ignorant" and see what you come up with :)

If you got rid of all the whores most Dominican men would have nothing to do at night .

Do not worry. Neither the prohibition of prostitution nor drugs works. The only solution is to mitigate the risks by legalizing, regulating and taxing both. Prostitution is already legal and there are some regulations regarding pimping.
