Car Rental one-way fees

I just checked a few car renting companies for an SDQ to POP trip.
Both Alamo and Avis charge a one-way fee (resp. USD 75 and 100), however Budget doesn't seem to be charging anything. Does this seem correct?

No, they charge a fee. I use Alamo and usually pay like $15-25 drop off fee. Maybe they raised the price.

Budget at Las Americas 809-549-0351 Just call them and end the uninformed comments. Get it straight from them. You will se one thing on the web site and when you get there it's another.

Well I lucked out again. Went with Budget, no drop off fee on the contract. Arrived at POP and they want $100 extra. Complained and Santo Domingo waived the fee, awesome.

I specifically went airport to airport, I take it it's quite frequent that it happens. Next time I'll call before leaving the country.
