Great point using the Oxford comma changes the meaning as well, i.e.:

Imagine the below on a sign ... (I know the one I would prefer to read)

Hunters please use caution when hunting people using the local trails
Hunters please use caution when hunting, people using the local trails

A panda goes to Niagara Falls...

Correct punctuation would've prevented the panda from "suiciding" himself: a panda walked directly to the edge of the rushing water, and allowed himself to plummet over the side to the churning froth below, wildly gesticulating with his arms all the way down.

His wife found a badly punctuated travel brochure that said, "A visitor to Niagara sees, falls, and waves."

You know, I read this like three times (silly me), and can only conclude one of three things:
a. You're off your meds.
b. You're takin the ****.
c. You've switched from Barcelo to Brugal.
