Best road to Punta Rucia

Does anyone know if the road to Punta Rucia is good to drive in a small car? my SUV is in the shop and we want to visit Punta Rucia this weekend but we only have a Mazda 3, I have not been around that area in a long time so I don't know which is the best route to take, can anyone help me with directions, I know how to get there from Villa Elisa but I hear the road is bad from there, is there another route which has better roads?

I was there a couple of weeks ago going via Laguna Salada, Los Hidalgos and Villa Isabela and the roads were fine. The only unpaved bit is about a mile before Punta Rucia. There would be no problems with your car. The last time I did the Villa Elisa route it was tortuous but no idea how it is now.

Thank you for your respondes, we arevon out way nos, i will take the Laguna Salada road, I will ley you know the conditions of the Road, and the flooding
