Harleysrock HGTV episode is airing now
That TV show is staged and FAKE, like every other "reality" show!
I am in the business, gotta love seeing FAKE BUYERS 6 months after the property sold.

Fake or not, I like seeing the DR properties inside and out, whether or not they are really for sale is immaterial to me. Gives me decorating ideas too.

Back to the Reality Shows being 'set-ups'....
I can vouch for that
we were approached b/c the show wanted a 'green' project..... we were it
EXCEPT, we built - didn't buy-
they were going to 'structure' the episode to fit their wants
We made all the way to the advertiser presentation... they have a BIG say in the goings-on
They smelled a rat -- a put-up type of thing -- and nixed the show.
The producer and crew were all in.... we had passed the audition screenings (barely) and were in position to start the shoot
Certainly some , perhaps not all, episodes are shallow (if not false)
I can only speak about my experience

Oh this show is fake of course. The couple bought their house in Cabarete 2 years ago that they "choose" in the end. Ours was not even up for sale until our realtor asked us if we wanted our house on tv, so we just put it up to see what would happen.
What is the name of the episode? I can search for it and post a link if there is a way to download it
