The Rotary International Club [Club Rotario] of Punta Cana - Bavaro is sponsoring a Bingo/Dominos Night, Tuesday, Nov 25th, at the Galeras Punta Cana Village. The event is being held to raise funds for the Rotary Club community improvement projects. Especially the construction of a rural medical clinic near La Ceiba in the Macao area.
Past fundraisers have gone towards construction and equipping of the fire station, construction of El Cajuil School, donations of school supplies for many schools in the tourist zone, donations of medical supplies to the Veron and El Salado public health clinics, construction of the community waste water treatment station for Domingo Maiz, and sponsoring adult literacy clases.
The Bingo fun will begin on/around 8pm. The price is RD$ 500 for three cards for the entire night. You are welcome to purchase more cards. There will be great prizes. You will have the opportunity to make new friends and contribute to the betterment of the community."
Also, there are raffle tickets being sold for a 2014 KIA Picanto, drawing at a later date, proceeds will be used for community projects.
Tickets can be bought at the door.
