I have an old HTC GSM phone I would like to have unlocked. Would someone please recommend a reputable establishment in or near Sosua that provides this service?

If you want someone else to unlock it, on Pedro Clisante, by Dr.Rosen intersection. If you are on Pedro, with Rumba bar to your right, continue through the intersection on Pedro, not too far on the right, with a Blackberry Awning on the store, hard to miss... There are 2 brothers that are German, but speak English also
I'd rather have someone else do the unlocking. I have in the past used various internet services with varying degrees of success. I've always had to pay first though and refunds for codes that did not work were too much trouble or never received.
The place close to Orange sounds promising, then it's a quick jaunt into Orange for sim.
