We need to have a poll to measure the DR1'ers level of anxiety during the time the forum has been offline! The results will probably show Robert's to be the highest.

I've got a couple of poweredge servers on order, ready for the next debacle.
Seriously, though, I maintain servers as a part of my job, and am having difficulty understanding why the downtime was so prolonged. If the database is properly maintained;ie, backups, ghosting, etc; migrating to another system should be no big deal.

It really was not a lifestyle changing event now was it, dr1 was down OH NOOOOOOOOOOOO!

I celebrate the times it is Up, thats less parties to organize than celebrating the overwhelming numerous downtimes, lol.
who needs a server for DR1??? i just use my Smartphone, it has DR1 on it, sometimes.
