Luperon

I'm coming from Scotland to stay at Luperon Beach Resort on the 26th December for two weeks. Are there any towns close by with shopping and restaurants etc.?

Is there Deep Sea Fishing available locally?

Scots in the DR

Yes there is a small village about a five minute drive from town. They don't have that much since it is a small town but you are able to buy souvenirs. Puerto Plata is a lot bigger and has more of a variety. I have been to this resort three times. It is lovely and they have deep sea fishing available but at an extra charge. Have fun on your trip I wish I were going back this Christmas.
