My cable box just says "Canal no autorizado" on all channels. The reason I suspect it might be a major problem is that I've been trying the ring the office all morning and can't get through.
I've tried all the obvious stuff like: Pay the bill, reset the box, withdraw and reinsert the card, do a new channel search, but still nothing.
Just wondering if anyone else is having the same problem.
