Just felt a tremor

Tremor felt in Cabarete just before 4 PM. Around a 4.5 is my guess.

today: 4.6 in Puerto Plata, Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic, pretty close to my guess.

IIRC that spot just west of Tubagua was the same epicenter of the 2002 quake? First one I've actually clearly felt since one of the 5.5 aftershocks of that one.
