Claro Internet Fijo speeds/availability POP

Hi,

just thought if anyone has current experience on Claro within the city of POP. I was informed that outside of Torre Alta speeds from 5Mbps+ are impossible, and even in Torre Alta the fiber optics are broken...

Do they usually deliver what they promise / is the connection flaky?

I suppose it?s also a question of what they have instructed the clerks to officially inform, and what is actually the reality. So they are not allowed to promise more than the 5...
