I am looking for a licensed attorney that can translate and apostille my fiance's Dominican birth certificate quickly. Must be located either in Imbert or in Puerto Plata. Please send along names and contact information.

Thank you in advance,

Michael

Argentina de Le?n de Brugal is a registered translator and an attorney. Her office is in Plaza Turisol, across from the Brugal factory, in Puerto Plata. Her office number is 809-586-4736.

Can't be done quickly.

To Apostille a document it needs to be sent to the Capital after you have it prepped by your Notary . I just had it done a little while ago.

You don't really need an attorney but a certified legal translator or "Interprete Judicial". Many translators also have law degrees just because this used to be one of the requirements.

I guess that answers why the attorney I just engaged has to go to the capital tomorrow.
