Hello

I am looking for a rental house/apt. My wife and I are planning to build a house but we havent started yet and our apartment is under contract. We need to move next month and here are some basic requirements if anyone knows of something available I appreciate it.

What I need

3 bedrooms
2 baths
first floor unit or elevator.
must be in an area with 24 hour electric
2 parking spots
Santo Domingo Oeste
i prefer close to prolongacion 27 or close to 27
budget under 30,000 pesos

Hello All,

I'm looking for to rent a 2 bedroom apt in Puerto Plata from 6/5/15 to 7/12/15 for around $600. A/C in one room, near the beach, pool is a bonus. Is that possible? My Dominican wife and our 7 year old son will be there. Any help/advice is greatly appreciated.

Cofresi would be a good/better option for them. I know I'd feel better. Anything there for that price?
