Police and military take part in the majority of cases of contract killing and major drug trafficking.
She said, it is very alarming and worrisome, that those, whose duty is to investigate, in fact are the perpetrators.
Thus the fight against those crimes needed to be taken to another level, as it could no longer be handled by the Ministery of the Interior and Police.
She was also mentioning the most recent case of 4 military who were caught at AILA airport with 450 parcels of drugs.
