I don't know but I would be wary of a website that is advertising on its home page a Macy's one-day sale with a date of 2011 It's also run by the Dominican post office.

I've had good experiences with the PO using EMS would try their courier services just to save 10-20 pesos per pound.

i used dominican postal service, inposdom, with great success, sending packages out of DR. inpospak was introduced a while ago. since we have an account with EPS i did not look into this. try them and let us know.

it's from 2013, i know but that's when we first used it. we sent a package using their special parcel service, not regular post. the service is related to US post, you get tracking number and all.
