Visa for travel to Mexico

I have a Domincan friend whom wishes to travel to Mexico.

How does he acuire a Visa to come here ?

Is there a basic Visa ie for 3 weeks ?

Any information would be greatly appreciated

This depends on the pourpose of the trip, if its on vacation you can fill an apply at the Mexican Embassy in SD phone #(809)6876444, if it?s for working pourposes its called an MF-3.

Is it going to be complicated to get this Tourist Visa,for my Dominican friend ?

The company for whom I work,have told me they will immediately apply for his FM3 the next day that he is here.

I heard that the maximum stay is for 21 days is this true ?
