Found an old thread, but nothing since 2007. I have found diphenhydramine at the pharmacy, but that makes you drowsy. I'm in Bavaro, but I know people who go to SD on the regular, but where can I get Pseudoephedrine for my allergies?

(fellas, please stay on topic; I know it's tough for some of you)

I have been to 20 or pharmacies to find straight Pseudophed, and I was only able to find it with Acetaminophen.

I was told it can be ordered, ask DV8, she used to run an Rx, and may know who to order it from.

You can find Zyrtec (Cetirizine) , Claritin (Loratadine) & Alegra (Fexofenadine Hcl) in generic form which are better, and non drowsy.

Loratadine and the others mentioned are good as an anti-histamines. Useless as a decongestant, for which pseudophedrine is the best. I have never seen pseudophedrine available alone in the DR.
Probably because it is the main ingredient used in making crystal meth and the war on drugs says that is a no-no.

I gave up trying to find it here. Now I always make sure when I am packing to return that I have a package of plain Sudafed in my suitcase. Makes life a whole lot easier.

If I hadn't seen Breaking Bad, I wouldn't have even asked why this thread would risk veering off topic!
