Addresses are always in Spanish.

Not National District

If you are sending the letter to the National Palace, between 'Presidente...' and 'Avenida M?xico..." insert Palacio Nacional to be on the safe side.

Might want to change 'Dominican Republic' to Rep?blica Dominicana.

OP, I hope that whatever you are writing to the President is of up most importance otherwise
it will NEVER reach his hands. Letters are read by his advisers and if not considered important
or has any meaning it will end up in the trash along with the rest of them.

The president has no time for foolishness.(not being sarcastic) Address it very eloquent in Spanish
or get someone else to write it for you and maybe you will get a response from one of his staff, of
course, using the president's signature.
