Not meaning to offend anyone, but I went to DR and most Dominicans that I saw in SD looked like African-Americans.
I saw a peer reviewed scientific study saying that 70-80% of Dominicans have African ancestry, yet only 20% of Dominicans consider themselves black.
What's your theories on this?
