Nice Hotel With Hard Wire Internet Needed - NO WIFI

Anyone know of a good Hotel in Santo Domingo with hard wire internet so I can make phone calls as wifi is not good for VOIP.

The Hilton and Marriott on the Malecon both have hard wire but I also wanted a balcony or the ability to open some windows but both of these Hotels have the windows sealed shut and no balcony.

Casa Sanchez in the Colonial Zone lets guests use a telephone to make calls for free, it's good to call any number in the US (cell or landline). They also have fast enough internet for VOIP, it's not a big hotel and the internet is fast, and I know that a lot of guests use VOIP. They also have suites with balconies and quite a lot of outside space. The boutique hotels often beat the big ones for WiFi and internet, because they have far less people sharing the connection.

Thanks and I forgot to check the DR1 for Hotels and found exactly what I was looking for.
