Optica Cibao in Santiago is good value I think. their optician does decent lens prescription. They fixed my frames which got messed up in POP. However for a proper eye exam i would go to a good eye specialist in either Santiago or SD who will dilate your pupils, check for glaucoma, check retina etc. and do an overall eye exam. Dr Guzman at Corominas did a good exam for me and his diagnosis was spot on. I just decided to get the retina repaired in Canada.
