The casino at Ocean World is open again, 7pm to 4am daily, under the management of Kviar which operates several casinos on the island. The casino is open to the public.
Also open to the public is the new Ocean World Bistro, just behind the Ocean World Terrace, on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 6pm to 11pm. While it is designed for dinner for Bravissimo guests, it is open to the public. You can purchase a 3 course dinner with two to four choices in each round for RD$950 inclusive of all taxes and gratuities (drinks are extra). One of the options is grilled steak and lobster medallions in herb and garlic sauce.
There is outside seating and also a lounge/bar for drinks at the Bistro, overlooking the marina.
