The North Coasts does not get HIT ... Hurricanes & T S's dont SPIN like that.. Although Cubas North Coast will see the impact based on the path. Santo Domingo should be feeling the FULL effect ( wind coming off the Ocean) right about now based on the NOAA Path Map.. Florida will see the full impact most likely especially if it gains strength..
