minimum wages for security guards

can anyone tell me the minimum wage for security guards, and hours.
information I get is wages go from about 7000rd to 11000 but does not say what the differences are .
there has been recently a 14% wage increase but I do not know if that is good for everone, or just on the minimum wage level
