You must mean Punta Italia which is across the way near the Hwy from Noah. An Italian opened it. He used to work for Rocco at the other Punta Italia where Venezia is.
There is a restaurant and an Italian Deli there. The section to the right is AC, the other open. Food is good, basic Italian. Very nice selection of Italian wines at good prices.
If you are looking for a really good Italian place in Bavaro I can recommend the Marina Restaurant which is next to the Jellyfish. Longostino's are the best anywhere there. Pasta is good also. Italian owned.
But Punta Italia is spot on at the right price.
