Check out 'Everything Cabarete & stuff' on FB, has plenty of rentals advertised in Cab.

You might get a better response if you provide more details like when you want to stay, budget, unit requirements, etc.

At least the dates would certainly help. How many people. What amenities you need, etc.

Looking for a one or 2 bedroom unfurnished rental for one person, 6 months starting immediately, in the 8-12,000 peso range. Thanks.

The $177 to $266 US (8-12,000 $RD) equivalent price range might allow you to rent in a barrio in Cabarete.

A Dominican area is fine. An area close to Cabarete also might work. I actually know of rentals in Cabarete in my price range that are most definitely NOT in a barrio; remember, I am looking for unfurnished. But thanks for your comment, hopefully I will find something soon! :bunny:

Whit that budget, you'll have to get out of Cabarete, like Islabon, Sabaneta de Yasica (where I am)...

Check also on Facebook. There are pages called Everything Cabarete, Everything Sosua, etc.... all kind of stuff for sale and rental...

Windy is the owner of a small hotel in Cabarete, and a great source of information on housing in general.

Barrio Blanco, Calleljon de la Lloma, La Cienaga and Jardin Deportivo are four locations in the Cabarete area to be avoided.

Many gringos I know like living in Callejon de la lloma. I think it all depends on you. Beware of the cheapy cheapy places though. Ask people about the area or place before you rent or commit!!

They probably like the ready access to coke.
