New Plazas in Sosua

Does anyone know what is going in to the new plazas in Sosua? One is by the taxi stand across from the Metro station, one on Calle Libre beside the Texaco station and two or three across from Moser's bakery in Villa Ana Maria.
So much new commercial construction is good if it creates new jobs and fulfills a need.

Probably a couple of pizza shops. Lord knows we need another pizza place :)

The first building finished near the bakery has what looks like a dress shop on the second floor. And there appears to be two more buildings planned for the same site

The only thing is that I've seen that area flood bad.

i hope whatever it is it works because sosua does not need more abandoned constructions and empty shells of buildings.

I was told the finished one at Mosers will be some kind of furniture store and the ones in progress for holding receptions/weddings. all w/o guarantee

only 4 more weeks until I get my panecillo again in the morning
