I spent many an hour in the past (most of them less than worthwhile) dealing with the business department at Claro in POP. I don't even know if they have a separate department anymore. I've had much better luck dealing with the business center in Santiago, but it's only been about Cell/Data stuff and I believe I need to work with the POP office when it's dealing with company-wide issues. In any case, I need to meet with someone about upgrading a decent-sized business with wifi and phone service and would prefer not dealing with a sales rep who only knows the one system and couple of account options they were trained on. Can anyone recommend a Claro Rep that is knowledgeable in their technology and package options?
