Not in Sosua, I've already tried.
I really didn't want to visit Rusa in POP unless they definitely have some.

There are usually men standing around the airport....waiting for arrivals.... not bad rates

worth a try, if you have the time.... you just need enough to get out of the UK airport, right.

I usually hit the airport ATM on arrival in UK for the tube fare, etc
