So go in your settings and change the time, if it is off by an hour!
Rep Dom is an hour ahead of Nueva Yol, as DST is not observed, too confusing.

Thanks for the advice...not needed before.....changed globally for us.

So as the question raised, you confirm ....it is an East Coast DR forum! End of confusion.

Sounds like your computer is set to adjust automatically for the beginning and end of Daylight Saving Time. Go into your date/time preferences on your computer and un-check that option. Also, be sure your time zone is set to AST (GMT + 4) and the clock on the computer will reflect DR time.

The D.R. is in the Atlantic time zone (GMT -4:00) - DST corrections always off.

New York / Haiti is in the Eastern Time zone (GMT -5:00) - DST corrections always on.
