Taxi fare price from POP to luperon

from POP airport to puerto plata it is 35 dollars and to luperon 90 dollars. so assume 50 bucks or so.

POP airport to luperon: 90 dollars
POP airport to POP city: 35 dollars
POP city to luperon: about 50 dollars

since we normally use POP talking about the city of puerto plata i assumed the OP was asking about the city but i realize my mistake, he says airport. sorry about my confusion.

You might. "We" do not. "We" use "Pto Pta".

"POP" is a useful abbreviation for "Puerto Plata Airport". Since the city already has its own abbreviation, why confuse them? It just leads to precisely the sort of confusion we see above.

I am disappointed in you, dv8. I have always regarded you as a crusader for accuracy here.
