Good mechanic is Puerto Plata?

Anyone know of a good mechanic around Puerto Plata? I know of one in Sosua but not here in PP.

Just need a wheel straightened out.

go to a tire shop. a mechanic does not generally have the equipment to balance the thing after he takes a sledge hammer to it.

Only in the DR is this even a Viable option to put a sledgehammed to a Wheel .. but I guess if you never exceed like 50 mph its perfectly ok..
How bad is the rim BENT ? Does it still hold a Bead ? is it Aluminum or Steel ? all those things are important..
you dont want a blowout trying to save a little money and definitely not at night and without a spare.
Or are you speaking about Balancing the wheel ? totally different then.
